Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival (KLPF) is back again bigger, hotter and better at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre on 29th ~ 31st October 2010. In conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival 2010, the organizer calls for submission from interested photographers for the annual exhibition of photographic works. The theme for this year’s photography exhibition is “Malaysia, 1 Fascination”. Please send in your most creative entries to pcpkelly@gmail.com before 15th September 2010. Terms & Conditions

The Photographer

1. This exhibition is open to all interested photographers.
2. By submitting their works, participants confirm that the submitted images are original works created solely by the entrant, that the photographs do not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
3. By submitting to this exhibition, all entrants agree to abide by each and all the rules under the terms and conditions.

The Images
1. Entries must be image files in RGB jpeg format only, can be in colour or black & white.
2. Images submitted must be 300dpi resolution and printable up to 10” x 15” size.
3. Each entrant may submit up to 10 images (maximum).
4. Images must not have any borders or film edges, name, personal logos or watermarks.
5. The theme “Malaysia, 1 Fascination” may be interpreted in its widest sense, in relation to images depicting people, lifestyle, nature, urban, landscape, and any creative idea that portrays Malaysia as a pleasantly beautiful, fascinating country.
6. All entries must be submitted via

CD courier/mail to Photo Creator Publication, No. 340 1st Floor, Jalan Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
7. Only works that are selected by the organiser will be reproduced for the exhibition.
8. Participants who require their works to be returned must provide a self-addressed/stamped envelope (minimum 10”x15” size) or collect them personally at Photo Creator Publication office after the exhibition. The exhibits will be retained for a period of one (1) month after the exhibition. After which, they will be disposed.


General
1. Photo Creator Publication (herein after known as PCP) reserves the right to exclude or withdraw from exhibition any work that is deemed inappropriate in content or that, for any reason, display of the work exposes PCP to risk of legal proceedings.
2. PCP reserves the right to free reproduction of the submitted images for the abovementioned exhibition at KUALA LUMPUR PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL 2010. The copyright will, at all times, be retained by the photographer and, where an image or images are reproduced by the organiser, the photographer will be duly credited.
